new ranking system for our division

tez put your input if you want it to be done differently i thought id just have a way to rank our division so that we dont get mixed up with who is higher ranked than others

trainee ranked (new members/lvl 1-14) must prove themselves worthy to be in organization by asking me or tezlaix directly and must do a mission to be put into this division
official members (lvl 15-30) must complete 50 missions for this rank and missions must be approved by me or tez
advanced members (lvl 30-45) must complete 100 missions assigned by me or tez and also must be approved by xora to recieve this rank under his conditions as well

o.O too many missions

ranking should be a privilege if theres too many pink ranks then itll be harder to choose who goes into the top 13 members when one leaves/gets kicked

i hate it, dude 150 missions of killing same stuff over and over wow....

ill lower it to 100 then

I think that bleach mmo xora making would be awesome we can have soemthing similar to soul society with 13 divisions each with leader/lieutenant and a couple members and espada wise we get 13/14 of them and the rest are weaker then 1-14ish

someone kick me out of the org idk why

i cant do aynthing about it nor xavier can because we both quitted TS and i got banned and as of now this Group is disbanded/ make it again on old forums
